I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn. The staff were friendly and accommodating, just like in the previous review. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a great convenience. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the complimentary drink vouchers and discounted meals at the nearby RSL. I had a lovely and relaxed experience at Comfort Inn and I would highly recommend it to others.

The location here is great, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Wetside Water Park 🌊. You'll find this venue in a nice area, right next to theaters and restaurants, all within walking distance.

The room was neat and modern and we had an exceptionally comfortable bed in it. There were coffee & tea making machines, fridges, and glassware.
The staff we met were kind of rude.

The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, responding promptly to any requests, and the rooms are comfortable with modern amenities and brand-new mattresses that are fantastic - all at a great price!

I went to Hervey Bay for a funeral, so it was a very quick stay. The staff were very friendly, and went out of their way for me. Nothing seemed to be to much for them. Organising Taxis, shuttle buses etc. Even when I was leaving, and had paid my bill they left my room at my disposal until the shuttle bus arrived. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn Fraser Gateway.

Friendly and helpful staff make your stay enjoyable, and the location is super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the bay and major stores. Craving tea or coffee? Jamaica Blue is a short walk away. Plus, there's a great selection of tasty food options for your meals here! 🍔
